Today's Company Meeting

Here's what we talked about today:

• Junior Thespians
  • The reason for taking attendance is to track how much time you spend on BC Applause activities. That counts toward "thespian points" that add up over the three years you're in middle school. Students who earn sufficient points are invited to join the International Thespian Society, the honor society for theatre students. Last year's Junior Thespians can be seen here.
• BC Applause  Face Masks
  • Waiting for the "choose your mood" design from the artist.
  • Roughly $6 each.
• The Library Project
  • Sign up for one or more books by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Oct. 27th.
  • Mrs. Knight will assign teams next week -- although we'll adjust as needed.
  • This is optional -- you don't have to participate if you don't want to. We're doing it for fun.
  • If you'd like to do the entire project on your own, there's now a place to indicate it on the form. (Or email Mrs. Knight to let her know.)​

• Theatre Contest: In celebration of the fall season (not just Halloween), we're having a contest! You can enter as many times as you want.​ If you want to participate -- it's optional and just for fun! -- photos or videos should be sent to Mrs. Knight by Monday, Nov. 2nd. Prizes awarded for:

  • Scariest Home Study Area
  • Best TikTok
