Set Construction - Saturday, Oct. 12th, and Sunday, Oct. 13th

This weekend we'll have set construction on both Saturday and Sunday, starting at 10:00 AM. Here's what we need to accomplish:

• Paint castle walls (repair/touch-up only)
• Attach braces to castle walls
• Attach triangle to King's library backdrop
• Paint columns grey (stone-like) and build lanterns for on top (4)
• Precinct platform: add wheels, paint black, edge with black felt
• Ghost-mobile: add wheels, paint black, edge with black felt
• Build and paint "rock" ledges to hide up-lights
• Build topiaries (2)
• Paint new names on tombstones (3)
• Paint graveyard steps (repair/touch-up only)
• Decorate graveyard (brown cloth for open grave and green "grass")
• Add felt or carpet to bottom of all furniture
• Find props for King's desk (quill pen, papers, etc.)
• Find small notebooks for sergeants
• Make sure there are plenty of cups and four trays for ensemble scenes
• Sew holes in greys (the beige curtains)
• Find a dark cloth for the lights table

There may be other things, but this is our punch list as of now.

Also, John Adamson and Darlene Adamson will be there on Sunday to install additional lights and other equipment.
